After starting her career in publishing with Oxford University Press and Reed Elsevier, Rachel Slattery was enticed into the digital world through her work at Klee Consulting for the likes of Byte, Encyclopaedia Britannica and HSBC. Rachel launched SlatteryIT because of her passion for how technology and innovation can help us to work and live better. Rachel comes to the table with experience, knowledge and an extensive network of industry relationships. She brings imagination and passion to everything she does.

Carolyn Todd Director of Finance and Operations

Unique to most number crunchers, with her background in Early Childhood Education, Carolyn Todd brings her compassionate side to work at ‘Slatterys’. Since joining the team in January of 2004, Carolyn has honed her experiences across a vast array of local and nation wide events, consistently bringing in projects on time and on budget, as well as overseeing the operational and financial side of the business. Carolyn is reliable and efficient when it comes to utilising her years’ of experiences in strategic business marketing, helping clients establish and meet their objectives – with a sense of humour to boot!

Caroline Lim Creative Director

Caroline Lim’s creative flair and determination has been paramount in producing the websites, eDMs, presentations and event and promotional collateral over the past 14 years at Slatterys. Caroline is diligent and dynamic and her extensive knowledge in the technology industry and strong understanding of digital, design and implementation is always growing. In addition to her practical experience, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Technology, Sydney. Caroline brings originality and excitement to all her projects from the office to her own Mario themed Wedding. Caroline is known around the office for her love of coffee, ramen and gaming, and her fear for spiders and spelling.
