With Tech23 2018 just over a month away, we are so excited to reveal the new cohort of 23 companies presenting at the event’s tenth anniversary celebration.

To mark ten years of spotlighting deep tech gems from across the country, this year’s lineup includes Queensland’s Redback Technologies and Microba, Western Australia’s udrew and South Australia’s Frontier Microscopy. Over the past decade, Tech23’s proudly national scope has been enriched by strong ties to the incubators and accelerators of Australian R&D organisations. This year’s companies hail from the likes of Cicada Innovations, Monash University’s The Generator and University of Queensland’s ilab. More information on the 23, their companies and founders, can be found at tech23.com.au/2018/the-tech23.

At Tech23 2018, the 23 founders will tell their stories; sharing how they’re shifting existing industries and paving the way for entirely new ones. These young, high-growth companies will offer a glimpse into their solutions to some of the biggest challenges we face in healthcare, enterprise, agriculture, our physical, natural and digital environments, mining and energy management, and aerospace. They’ll receive guidance from and make connections with a diverse and distinguished group of Industry Leaders from government, R&D organisations and industry.

Tech23 will be held on Tuesday 23 October 2018 at The Auditorium (37 Reservoir St) in Sydney. To register, or for more information, head over to www.tech23.com.au. Early bird closes this Friday 22 September!

Whether you are looking for your next investment, potential client, business partner, colleague, mentor or simply want to discover where you fit in the tech scene; we’d love you to join us! Tech23 thrives on the connections that are made on the day, recognising how important these are in nurturing Australia’s future. What better place to start than at the heart of the nation’s deep tech ecosystem!
